The standard Kazakhstan Resort House package includes:
● Accommodations in your selected room category, from a Standard Room to a Three-Room Suite;
● Three gourmet meals daily served à la carte (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Meals are prepared using gentle cooking methods with minimal fat to help preserve natural vitamins and nutrients;
● Treatment under your selected wellness program: “General Wellness,” “General Wellness Premium,” “Children’s General Wellness,” and other programs (please confirm the list of procedures when booking or with your attending physician);
● Access to resort amenities: a 22.5-meter indoor yurt-style pool with a children’s area, a 325 m² fitness center, and a 7.7-hectare park with scenic walking paths and a playground;
● Mineral water therapy: Unlimited access to Essentuki-4, Essentuki-17, and Essentuki Novaya mineral waters (pump rooms are just a few minutes’ walk from the Kazakhstan Resort House);
● Bathrobes and slippers in every room.
What about children? Are there special benefits for family vacations?
Absolutely! We warmly welcome guests with children of all ages, from newborns up. Families with small children enjoy convenient benefits:
● Children up to and including age 6 stay free of charge (without a separate bed, treatment, or meals). They stay in the same room as their parents;
● Children over age 6 receive a special discounted rate that includes accommodations, meals, and treatment (please ask for details when booking);
● Our young guests can enjoy a children’s club with supervised crafts, games, and fun activities, plus a dedicated safe pool area with a depth of 0.7 meters.
❓Which treatments are included, and which are available at extra charge?
The procedures included in your package are determined by your attending physician based on your selected program and your individual medical needs. They typically include classic resort therapies such as mineral baths, Tambukan therapeutic mud treatments, physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise, mineral water therapy, and other procedures.

❓Can I use the pool or book treatments if I am not staying at the resort?
Yes. We are happy to welcome day guests without an overnight stay. For an additional fee, you may:
● Enjoy the yurt-style pool and sauna (a certificate from a general practitioner or dermatologist is required);
● Book spa treatments and beauty programs (advance reservation required).
