Breathing, Movement, Meditation. Qigong for the Guests of Kazakhstan Resort House
A qualified Qigong coach delivered a training workshop in Kazakhstan Resort House. Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice combining both breathing exercises, meditation and physical movements. The practice is aimed at improving overall health, increasing the energy level and restoring balance in the body.
Qigong involves diverse breathing techniques, meditation and physical exercises. Some popular forms include Tai Chi Qigong, Baduanjing (‘Eight pieces of brocade’) and Zhang Zhuang (‘Standing like a pillar’). These practices are suitable for people of all ages and physical aptitude.

Guests of the Resort House listened to the theory with enthusiasm, and then began practicing under the supervision of the coach.
Qigong is a universal practice, which may be used both for health maintenance and spiritual growth. Its simplicity and availability make Qigong popular among people of different cultures and generations.
Group trainings are held in the territory of our Resort House, aimed at the achievement of body and soul harmony.
