One of the most popular places among the Health and Fitness Center visitors is the round 22-meter swimming pool stylized as a Kazakh yurt. The pool is equipped with a hydromassage system as well as cascade and ascending showers. Hydrokinesiotherapy, i.e. therapeutic swimming in the pool, is not only pleasant, but it also strengthens the musculoskeletal system, improves the ability of the heart and blood vessels, increases lung capacity, reduces stress and fatigue, and normalizes sleep.
The Sanatorium medical building has a spacious gym of 325 m², which is equipped with modern multi-functional machines and treadmills. Here you can attend group and individual therapeutic exercise sessions conducted by a qualified instructor.
Guests can also enjoy the Paraffitotherapy (cedar barrel) procedure, the benefits of which lie in the effects of hot steam, saturated with healing herbal concentrates, which gets through the skin. Thanks to deep cleansing of the body, the elasticity and firmness of the skin increases while body weight decreases. Moreover, it improves the ability of the heart and blood vessels, and boosts body’s immune system.
For those who are fond of SPA procedures, there is a three-stage body wrap treatment. It includes scrubbing with professional cosmetics, full body wrapping mask, relaxing massage on the Thermo-SPA bed, and finally anti-cellulite cream application. The uniqueness of Thermo-SPA is that thanks to the thin film the bed envelops the body with the fabric, through which the skin feels the water warmth and vibrations, but remains dry. The three-stage body correction system has an anti-cellulite effect, rejuvenates the skin, promotes relaxation and detoxification of the body as a whole.
