The faces of Kazakhstan Sanatorium.

We would like to introduce you to the head nurse of the Kazakhstan Sanatorium, Yulia Nikolaevna Platonova.
In 2012, with more than 18 years of experience, being qualified as a teacher in Nursing Care and having the chief category in Nursing Administration, she joined the Kazakhstan Sanatorium. As soon as she took up the position of head nurse of the sanatorium, she had new thoughts and plans for the organization of nursing, which she subsequently introduced into her professional activities.
In the activities of the head nurse art and scientific approach are manifested in communication with the staff and patients, in the ability to effectively arrange the nursing process, properly organize the professional development of employees. Often head nurses also act as teacher and educators. In this case, the nurse should have teaching competence and the ability to professionally present nursing science, as well as being cultured person with great communication skills and high creative potential.
Due to the high professionalism in work and the attentive attitude to vacationers, the sanatorium’s management has repeatedly expressed gratitude to Yulia Nikolaevna, handed her certificates and awards from the Medical Center of the Property and Facilities Management Office under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
