The best alkaline mineral waters of 2022

Two mineral springs located in our region entered the Top-5 of the best alkaline mineral waters according to the website VyborExperta.ru. These are Narzan and Yessentuki 17 healing waters.

The Caucasus Mineralnye Vody is a unified artesian basin of underground mineral waters which vary in types and are rich in resources. The resort region is unique for its exceptional diversity of types and varieties of mineral waters, which deposits are compactly concentrated in a relatively small area. There are 10 types of mineral springs in the Caucasus Mineralnye Vody region that’s why it is often called a natural museum of mineral waters.

Experts believe that mineral water produced in our region contains a large number of useful minerals and has a negative oxidation-reduction potential. Alkaline mineral waters maintain an optimal balance (pH), thus, local immunity is increased.
