Kazakhstan Sanatorium Booking and Accommodation Rules
We are often asked about the rules of booking a stay at our Sanatorium. Therefore we have highlighted the main points which are the most important:
- Your reservation is confirmed provided that you have made an advance payment of at least 10,000 rubles within the time period specified in the bill issued by the Sanatorium. If a guest fails to make an advance payment within the specified period, the reservation is not confirmed.
- The priority right to stay in the Sanatorium is given to the persons with a confirmed room reservation. All others are accommodated on a first-come.
- Citizens of the Russian Federation must provide the following for accommodation in the Sanatorium under a health resort voucher:
- a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation
- a health resort card, a patient referal form or a voucher (when executing a voucher from a travel agency)
- a power of attorney from the organization (if a voucher is issued through an intermediary)
- the result of a fluorographic examination, conducted no later than one year prior to the date of arrival
- for children aged 14 inclusive — a birth certificate and a health resort card
Foreign guests must have:
- a foreign passport
- a migration card, a visa issued in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation
- a certificate of temporary registration (in case a foreign citizen resides in the territory of the Russian Federation for a long period of time), a resident card
- a temporary identity document, a temporary resident permit
- a health resort card with an obligatory mark about a fluorographic examination conducted no later than one year prior to the date of arrival
- for children aged 14 inclusive — a birth certificate / a foreign passport, a health resort card
