What to do during your vacation in the Caucasus Mineralnye Vody

We have collected several recommendations on how to diversify your Sanatorium vacation: places to go with the whole family and places to be alone with yourself.

Take a stroll through the parks

Each of the four resort cities of the Caucasus Mineralnye Vody has parks with plenty of things to see. They are all beautiful in their own way. We advise you to visit each of them. Start with the Resort Park in Yessentuki, which is located in close proximity to our Sanatorium.

You will be highly impressed with the cozy Zheleznovodsk Park with paths for therapeutic walking around Mount Zheleznyaya, the Tsvetnik Park in Pyatigorsk and the largest man-made park in Europe located in Kislovodsk.

Climb a mountain

If you are physically fit, you can go hiking and climb some of the mountains of the Caucasus Mineralnye Vody. The most popular one for conquest is Mount Mashuk in Pyatigorsk.

If you’re not ready to climb on foot, you can enjoy the panorama from the top by cable car, which will take you to the observation point in a matter of minutes. There is also a cableway in Kislovodsk – you can find it by the signs in the park or go right to the station by electric cars.

Try mineral water

Every resort city of our region has springs the water from which is used to treat certain diseases and health conditions. Have a look at the drinking well-rooms, which you encounter on your walk through the park: you will be impressed not only by the different tastes of the mineral waters, but also by the architecture of the buildings. The most famous of them are the Pyatitysyachnik Drinking Gallery in Yessentuki and the Narzan Gallery in Kislovodsk.
