Quite often, chronic stress causes depression. Women and older people are especially susceptible to depression. We have some tips for you on how to deal with stress and prevent depression.

Regular physical activity. When you exercise daily, your body releases endorphins and the overall condition of your body improves.

Walking outside. Regular walking can boost your mood, strengthen your immunity and keep your mind away from negative thoughts.

Friendly communication. Emotional contact with your loved ones can help to figure things out, deal with emotions and feelings.

Rest. Change of scenery can bring you joy — travel whenever possible. Thus, for example, a trip to a health resort (for example, a Sanatorium) will be a great opportunity to take a break from the flow of daily affairs. And the absence of household chores (cleaning, washing dishes, cooking) will help you relax.

A special treatment program «Antistress» has been developed in the Kazakhstan Sanatorium in Yessentuki. Given the extensive experience in health resort treatment, it was possible to create the most effective complex of health procedures to fight stress, chronic fatigue, insomnia and other symptoms of depression. The voucher already includes consultations with specialists, various examinations with recommendations. The health program includes such useful procedures as hydropathy, aerophytotherapy, speleochamber, cedar barrel, therapeutic massage and others. Daily swimming in the pool, sauna and physical therapy can enhance the health-improving effect.
