Familiarization with Kazakh culture is a journey into the world of traditions and games
The Kazakhstan Sanatorium held an event to the Day of Knowledge for the children from Zheleznovodsk orphanage and children vacationing in the resort. The event is timed to coincide with the celebration of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
For the children we organized an informative excursion around the sanatorium, during which they introduced them to the elements of Kazakh national motifs, present in the design of rooms, dining room and recreation areas.
The pool in the form of a yurt, finished in traditional colors and with elements of national patterns, was a special delight. The children enjoyed a walk around the green territory of the sanatorium, where elements of national life are also present.
During the excursion the children studied picturesque posters with views and sights of Kazakhstan, listened to Kazakh music. After that the children were offered to play the national games «White Bone» and «Asyk Atu», which they quickly mastered and had fun.
At the end of the event, children were treated to a lunch consisting of traditional Kazakh dishes: kespe, kuyrdak, baursaki. The meeting allowed the children to get acquainted with the musical and cultural heritage of Kazakhstan and was held within the framework of support and development of national identity and preservation of traditions of the Republic.
