Dear Guests, the Kazakhstan Sanatorium has opened its doors to meet you!
To make your stay in our Sanatorium completely safe and comfortable, we have taken all necessary measures in accordance with the Recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor (the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing). We have highlighted the most important points and propose you to become acquainted with them.
Documents required for arrival and stay:
Sanatorium and health resort card form with the obligatory indication of passed fluorographic examination (registration form 072/y).
A certificate or a note in the package of documents about the lack of contact with COVID-19 patients during previous 14 days, issued by the medical organization no later than 3 days before departure.
Personal identity document.
Security:
Contactless thermometry is carried out upon arrival of our guests. Afterwards it is performed at least once a day.
Dispensers and skin sanitizers are installed on the premises of the Sanatorium, all contact surfaces, guest and work areas are treated with bactericidal agents.
Bactericidal irradiators are used in all public premises. They are safe for humans and fatal for bacteria and viruses.
We placed protective screens and made markings in the reception area, medical registration desk, phytobar and lobby bar, these measures allow to observe social distancing of 1.5–2 meters.
On the territory of the Sanatorium, guests are provided with the opportunity to purchase personal protective equipment (masks and gloves) at extra cost.
The territory of the Sanatorium is treated with disinfectants: benches, entrance areas, external doors, handrails and litter baskets, as well as the playground.
Accommodation:
No more than 1–2 people (except for members of the same family) can be accommodated in the room.
The rooms are daily cleaned in accordance with the recommendations of the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing.
Medical services:
In order to avoid waiting in line and, consequently, contact with other guests, medical services will be provided by appointment/schedule of treatment procedures. The medical services included in the price of the voucher will be provided in full.
Food & Drink:
Meal service for guests in the Sanatorium is carried out in the dining room, with mandatory observance of the principles of social distancing. Seating: one family (accompanying) is placed at the same table. It is not allowed to place strangers at the same table.
Our staff:
We comply with the new dress code: medical masks and gloves. We undergo medical check-ups every day and are subject to pass COVID-19 laboratory tests at regular intervals.
