Spring and Summer Menu in the Kazakhstan Sanatorium
Seasonal fruits and vegetables are gradually added to the diet of the sanatorium with the beginning of the warm season.
Spring and summer menu of the sanatorium includes dishes with seasonal vegetables: marrow, cauliflower, eggplant. Vegetables are served stewed and poached as side dishes.
Spring and summer menu also includes fresh seasonal fruits: strawberries, cherries, apricots, peaches, etc.
We use seasonal products from regional suppliers to make sure that the food is tasty and healthy.
Fresh fruits and vegetables are served in the Sanatorium all year round: vegetables in the form of salads and vegetable plates, and fruits for dessert.
