Stavropol Region is in TOP-10 of the most popular destinations!

Since the beginning of the year, 2.4 million Russians have used the tourist cashback program.

The balance (cashback) returned to their bank cards was up to 8.4 billion rubles, and the total vouchers were redeemed for 44 billion rubles.

According to the head of Rostourism Zarina Doguzova, this year the program was in great demand – tourists used it five times more often than last year.

“Stavropol Region is in TOP-10 of the most popular destinations for recreation as part of the cashback program 2022. In the first quarter of 2022, the tourist flow in the Stavropol Territory has reached 300 thousand people. The number of vacationers in the region in the first quarter of 2022 increased by 75.5% compared to the same period in 2021,” – said Alexander Sysoev, Acting Minister of Tourism and Health Resorts of the Stavropol Territory.
