Today we would like to introduce you to the Head of the Hotel service, Nadezhda Alekseevna Zatonskaya.

Nadezhda Alekseevna has been keeping our rooms in order for a comfortable stay of the Kazakhstan Sanatorium guests for 9 years! She is a responsible and friendly person who is very attentive to the wishes of our guests.

Every morning Nadezhda Alekseevna makes a bypass around the Sanatorium and checks not only the rooms but all communal areas. She believes that halls and corridors should be in perfect order, as a guest gets the first impression about the Sanatorium by walking from the reception to the room.
