International Doctor’s Day

Every year, the first Monday of October is dedicated to the holiday of people of one of the most respected professions — the International Doctor’s Day.
This holiday was initiated by the World Health Organization and Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) International Medical Humanitarian Organization to honor and pay tribute to the work of doctors of all categories. The profession of doctor is one of the oldest on the planet. Having appeared at the dawn of humanity itself, it has always been valued and respected.
