We want to introduce you our employees of the Reservation Department – Marina Vadimovna Gotshalk and Veronika Andreevna Selezneva.
In our Sanatorium the Customer Service, which means accommodation and room booking, begins precisely with the Booking Department and our Front Office.
Marina and Veronika are high-class Booking and Accommodation Specialists. In addition to professional education, they took advanced training courses. Great experience and knowledge allow them to deal with the challenges of any complexity. They are very friendly, competent and always try to take into account all vacationers’ wishes. They are appreciated and respected among our team for their professional and responsible approach to work. While they worked in the Booking Department and Front Office both were awarded letters of commendation from the Management of our Sanatorium.
