It is not necessary to get a certificate and stay for quarantine upon arrival. There are no restrictions on entry and travel in the region. You can enter the region by all types of transport.

When checking in to a health resort or hotel is necessary to confirm the identity with your passport. Individuals traveling with a voucher to health resorts with a medical license, must provide a certificate (opinion) of a physician-epidemiologist or pediatrician / general practitioner / doctor (family doctor) of the absence of contact with patients with infectious diseases in the previous 14 calendar days, issued not later than 3 calendar days before departure, spa hotel card with a stamp of fluorography.
