Gala performance “My father is Maris Liepa!”

The live show of the all-Russian Competition under the Children and Youth Dance National Awards “The Holy Spring” of the North Caucasus Federal District will take place on 3-4 March in Yessentuki, in the Shalyapin Concert Hall. The implementation of this project became possible thanks to the support of the Presidential Grants Fund, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the region Administration. The program was developed by the team of the leading choreographers headed by Ilze Liepa, the People’s artist of Russia and the Laureate of the National Theatrical Award “The Gold Mask”.

One of the stages of the project is the presentation of the unique gala performance “My father is Maris Liepa!”. The best dance groups and the Russian theatre, ballet and film stars will present the performance as a result of the creators’ and participants’ great work.
