Early Booking program

In case of early booking/purchase of health resort vouchers (including those under specialized programs of health resort treatment) for the period from 60 to 120 days before the date of arrival, a discount of 10 % of the cost of a voucher according to the valid pricelists is made, for more than 120 days before the date of arrival 13 % discount of the cost of a voucher according to the valid pricelists is provided.

The discount is provided subject to an application with the Consumer’s last name, first name and patronymic, date of arrival, indicating the number of days of stay in the Sanatorium. Replacing the last name, first name and patronymic, date of arrival is not allowed and it means cancellation of the reservation.

Prepayment in the amount of 100 % for the Early Booking program must be made according to the invoice within 10 calendar days from the date of invoice, by transferring money to the account of the Sanatorium or receipt of money in cash at the cash desk of the Sanatorium. In case of late payment under the issued invoice of the Sanatorium, a discount under the declared program is not provided.

Booking cancellation conditions:
1. Prior to payment of the invoice, the reservation is canceled for free.
2. In case of cancellation of a reservation submitted under the Early Booking program after payment, penalties will be charged:
upon cancellation in 14 days or more before the date of arrival, 5 % of the cost of the voucher;
upon cancellation of the trip less than 14 days before the date of arrival, 10 % of the cost of the voucher.

The discount on the Early Booking program extends to accommodation of Guests in additional places.

The Early Booking program does not apply to other special offers and promotions conducted by the Sanatorium. The Early Booking program does not apply to “Cashback programs for tours in Russia”. The Early Booking program does not apply to «Wellness Package».
